Does the QuickBooks Online integration sync automatically?

Yes. Sales by category, inventory, cost of goods sold, purchase orders, and vendor data sync from your point of sale into QuickBooks Online automatically, with no manual entry. QuickBooks is part of the Advanced plan.

Is the Shopify integration one-way or two-way?

Two-way. Product data, pricing, inventory, and metadata push from your point of sale to Shopify, and online orders sync back automatically.
